I'm not a big fan of programs that claim to instantly speed up your computer and as usual, this one didn't do muce to change my opinion. If you are going to squeeze performance out of your system then surely there are a huge number of variables that must be considered. With GameGain you choose your OS, your CPU and whether you want your performance to be "Fast" or "Fastest"...d'uuuuh. Oh and then hit the all powerful "GO" button and through the magic of a progress bar, your system, the very one that has seen too many programs installed and uninstalled, too many spyware invasions, too many crappy utilities that start-up with windows will suddenly be handed a new lease of life and you'll finally be able to play Oblivion at full res without performance issues.....not
